現(xian)有(you)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)選(xuan)線維(wei)護主要選(xuan)用(yong)中性點經小(xiao)(xiao)電阻(zu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地辦法下的(de)零(ling)序電流維(wei)護或中性點非有(you)用(yong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地辦法下的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)電流接(jie)(jie)(jie)地選(xuan)線維(wei)護,在面臨高(gao)阻(zu)、間歇性等(deng)毛病(bing)(bing)時,仍存在選(xuan)線準(zhun)確(que)率(lv)差,無法有(you)用(yong)阻(zu)隔毛病(bing)(bing),存在巨大隱(yin)患。當高(gao)阻(zu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地到(dao)達1000歐姆以(yi)上時,設備動(dong)作牢靠率(lv)80%;設備動(dong)作后(hou)選(xuan)線準(zhun)確(que)率(lv)90%。毛病(bing)(bing)檢測精度差開關拒動(dong)誤動(dong)率(lv)高(gao),導致配(pei)電網牢靠性下降(jiang)。
從配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)規劃(hua)規劃(hua)下手(shou)合理(li)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇中性點(dian)接(jie)(jie)地辦(ban)法(fa),開展高(gao)低(di)壓開關(guan)柜成(cheng)套(tao)設(she)備(bei)技能(neng)研究,開展小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)(jie)地體(ti)系單相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)選(xuan)(xuan)線(xian)辦(ban)法(fa)的(de)(de)(de)研究,進一步提高(gao)單相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)選(xuan)(xuan)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)準確率。選(xuan)(xuan)用小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)(jie)地體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)區域要裝(zhuang)備(bei)接(jie)(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)線(xian)段判別與(yu)阻(zu)隔設(she)備(bei)。國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)正(zheng)(zheng)在(zai)(zai)修訂(ding)的(de)(de)(de)《配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)技能(neng)導則》規則變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站要安裝(zhuang)牢靠(kao)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)線(xian)設(she)備(bei),在(zai)(zai)10s內切除(chu)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)。在(zai)(zai)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)(jie)地配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中,消弧線(xian)圈將接(jie)(jie)地電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)降至只(zhi)有(you)幾個安培,盡管(guan)有(you)利于(yu)熄(xi)弧,但(dan)也(ye)使毛病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)工頻(pin)零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)往(wang)往(wang)小于(yu)非(fei)(fei)毛病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)并且(qie)二者的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)位也(ye)根本(ben)相(xiang)同,毛病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)工頻(pin)零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)沒有(you)了差異(yi)與(yu)非(fei)(fei)毛病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)特征,這關(guan)于(yu)單相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)檢測來(lai)說(shuo)正(zheng)(zheng)確選(xuan)(xuan)線(xian)是困難(nan)的(de)(de)(de)。
10KV電(dian)(dian)力體系大多是小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)(jie)地(di)體系,當體系中產生單相接(jie)(jie)地(di)時(shi),不(bu)會(hui)產生很大的短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。毛病(bing)點(dian)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)經過(guo)(guo)消弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈補償感抗后(hou)(hou)能(neng)夠自行平(ping)息,熄弧(hu)(hu)后(hou)(hou)接(jie)(jie)地(di)址絕緣可自行康復(fu),能(neng)主動鏟除(chu)單相接(jie)(jie)地(di)毛病(bing)。如果間(jian)歇性弧(hu)(hu)光不(bu)能(neng)平(ping)息,長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)帶電(dian)(dian)運轉(zhuan)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)諧振過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓,產生幾倍于正常(chang)的過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓,過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓將進一步使(shi)線(xian)路上的絕緣層絕緣子擊穿,造(zao)成(cheng)嚴(yan)峻的相間(jian)短路事(shi)端。不(bu)管是哪(na)種情況都須要對毛病(bing)點(dian)定(ding)位,隨后(hou)(hou)趕(gan)快組織維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)毛病(bing)點(dian)。單相接(jie)(jie)地(di)毛病(bing)產生后(hou)(hou)能(neng)維(wei)(wei)持運轉(zhuan)一定(ding)時(shi)間(jian),因此大大提高了供電(dian)(dian)牢(lao)靠性。
